I've been drinking Skratch for just over a year now, I made the switch after no longer being able to stand the seawater taste of carbo rocket. I use this every ride over an hour especially on the hotter, harder days. They say “eat your calories and drink your electrolytes “ and this is the best way I’ve found to do it. Tastes great and easy to use. Couldn’t do nearly as well without it.

I'm a pretty big fan of Skratch products. Like its other products, this mix has a light taste that is evidence of its simple and easy to digest ingredients. Just enough calories to make it easy to digest and enough sodium to ward off cramping, this is my go-to anytime my rides go north of 2-hours.
