Don’t waste your money

Had the Seeker 2L for about a week and it spouted a hole where the item was creased from factory storage in the provided storage bag. HydraPak would not repair or replace it. Their warranty is garbage and so are their products.

Variable Water Storage

I have the one liter hydrpak and got the three liter thinking that it would be very similar, and the three liter is even better than the one in certain regards. When you freeze it and stick this in a cooler it will last a good 2-3 days frozen which is amazing. It takes a few times using it to figure out the best way to hold it and pour water out, but once you find the best way for read more you it is just like using a water bottle. This is going to quickly become one of my essential pieces of camping gear.

Too many drawbacks.

What I like: The 2L shape is ideal for side pockets in backpacks. The large opening makes it easy to clean and dry. You can freeze them. What I don't like: They're so floppy that they're unwieldy when trying to pour out of them and very hard to drink out of. They cannot stand up in their own. I haven't found any compatible accessories. I thought these would replace my Platys read more but they won't. In fact, I don't know if I will ever use this again. Super bummed about these bottles.

Bought to pair with the Katadyn BeFree

I bought this to pair with my Katadyn BeFree. I would not use it as a water bottle to drink from...not really its purpose. Its threads are compatible with the BeFree so you can filter right next to the stream into water bottles or bladders very quickly or store a few extra Liters for camp and then filter when you get there. I've only used it once so far, but it should fit my read more needs just fine.

More negatives than positives.

I saw these online and I wanted to check them out. I read a review where someone said they are very flimsy and trying to hold onto them while filling , or pouring was difficult, not to mention dealing with the cap that you would have to set down somewhere while you are filling or pouring. The 2 liter seems more rigid than the 3 liter, which feels really flimsy. It isn't the read more flimsiness that is the issue, it is the lack of other features that other comparable bottles have. I think it is a good start, but to make it better they should have made a lid that was tethered onto the bottle. After seeing them and handling both sizes.. I passed on getting either. I bet the next generation of these will be even better once they get more feedback from consumers.
