Awesome Little Pillow

Getting geared up for a summer of intense outdoors activity (hopefully). Tested this out with my current sleeping gear and it is an AMAZING match. I have a Klymit Pillow X (nifty little pillow, though it has some problems, e.g.), and as a side-sleeper this pillow puts the X to shame (though, it was designed with absolute ultralight style packing, so comfort has to take a backseat read more to its features which suit the other purposes perfectly). That being said, after a little while of resting on the pillow, it can feel a bit thin where you've rested most (which can be remedied by simply using another part of the pillow, even the smaller size has ample room for your head. The larger would probably have even less of a problem). As well, it does not store incredibly tiny (not wallet-sized like the Pillow X), but it is still only about the size of a packed double hammock, and is almost weightless. Long story short, if you catch this thing on sale (I'd even argue for standard price, as my comparison pillow was $25) and you aren't shooting for the absolute ultralight packing style: this is a fantastic deal. It's not perfectly comfortable, it's not perfectly small, but it does come kinda close while remaining cheaper than the rest.

I drooled on it.

This pillow rocks for backpacking. It’s lightweight, packs up small, and the material is soft. (Drool resistant)

Pretty good pillow for camping....

It has a nice feel and "puffs up" pretty well, once you take it out of the storage bag. Not really FIRM, but firm enough. When rolled up and stored, it's about the size of a football. The pull string for the bag can probably be used with a strap to attach to a back pack, but I'm more of a car-camping kind of guy (OK, SUV Camping) so size is less of an issue for me. I bought read more the "regular" size and it's a decent sized pillow - but nothing you'd ever mistake for your own pillow in your bed (or in the hotel!)...about the size of most "back support" pillows or attachments for a chair. Rolls up pretty small and will take a while after unpacking to reach full "fill". The fabric cover (a poly/cotton blend?) is not bad feeling against the skin and is comfy overall. It's poly-fill (like most home pillows) and so it will feel the same - just smaller. For the review that mentions "shredded" in the machine - THESE ARE NOT MACHINE WASHABLE. Even says so on the label.. The ONLY time you can wash it in a machine is in one of those BIG INDUSTRIAL washing machines (front load) you'd find at a laundromat. This is not something you'd want to put in your own home machine. Just put it in a sink of soapy water and then wring and rinse and wring and air dry or tumble dry (NO HEAT) ... You could spend a bunch more money on a fancier pillow, but why bother? This is a great pillow for the price... It could be better (sure, what can't?) but is probably one of the best options out there, especially if you get it on sale (less than 7 bucks?!? SOLD!). I bought two.

Comfy and big

This makes sleeping in a tent 10x better than with your dirty hoodie balled up under your head.

Great Camping Pillow

Great pillow. Packs down and can be thrown in a backpack. The regular is really small though. If you are just car camping and now worried about size, go with the large.

No Compromises on Comfort

Great pillow for those who hate compromising on comfort while camping. This pillow is a staple of my car camping set up, but I don't think I'd take it on a backcountry trip due to its size and limited packability.

We Love These

We bought these for our car camping set up and they've been awesome! They don't back down very small but you get a great, supportive pillow.

Simple

Simple camp pillow with nice feel, packs down nicely with included stuff sack. Throw it in the washer/dryer for a plusher loft. I have these in both sizes and use them for car camping.

Great for camping

I purchased two of these for camping with my son on cub scout adventures and it was perfect, easy to carry and fit perfectly in the "hood" of my sleeping bag.
