The North Face Freedom Bib Pant - Men's reviews and deals for sale

The North Face Freedom Bib Pant represents an endless pursuit of powdery independence. Its DryVent membrane is ruggedly waterproof to fend off chest-high deeps, and remains incredibly breathable when it's time to move back up the mountain by whatever preferred method. The inner thigh vents zip open and close to add airflow, and the bib itself has a side zipper entry and adjustable suspenders for comfort.

Does NOT run small

I saw reviews that said that these bibs ran small and ordered up a size (Medium Reg), and after arriving I have to disagree that they do. My husband is 5'9", 153 lbs, with a size 30-31 waist and the medium was HUGE on him. I wish that I would have stuck with his normal size because now I have to pay the return shipping.

Great Starter Bib

The bib fits great! It’s light and user friendly.! The only thing is that the pockets are Velcro. I wish they were zippered. Otherwise, great bib overall!

Decent Bib!

I just got this things and it looks dope! I haven't hit the slopes yet but I tried it on an it looks great! My only down side is that it is a bit snug on the hips and seat. I ordered a small/short (5'4'' 148lbs.) and the length is perfect, not baggy. My opinion is that it feels like a slim fit/skinny. If you plan on multiple base layer or plan on wearing butt padding, size one up. read more I still plan on keeping the one I got but I'm hoping this things doesn't start to tear at the seams.

Great inbounds bib

This is a pretty awesome bib for resort/inbounds riding. Looks great and fits well (true to size). Pocket size/location is pretty good. I haven't really had the need to use yet, but the mesh venting system seems like it would work well enough. I don't think these would really be robust enough for deep powder/backcountry days, but I havent really had the chance to test that yet. read more For the price point, everything about it seems really well designed and I think they could be one of my go-to's for inbounds skiing!

Great Resort Riding bib

These bibs are perfect for resort riding. They are probably a little too thick to use for ski touring or any other high energy activities, but for riding at the resort these are perfect! Plenty of p[ockets to stash all of your goodies and plenty durable.

Great product

I would highly recommend these--especially if you are heading to the mountain or somewhere with deep snow. I was in Steamboat, CO with basically a blizzard at hand and if I would of been in my standard pants I'm pretty sure I would of had a horrible day. The bib pants give such a better overall experience if you end up in deep snow for the shear fact that you will not have snow read more in you pants/underwear if you get too deep. Also, for the price these are high quality in my opinion. You can find some other possibly a little more forgiving fabrics (as far as a little more stretch), but you will pay 2-3x. For the price point I think these are a great value. Also, I am athletic build at 6 ft 185 and a Large fit great. I tried an XL and I was swimming in them. Some people over exaggerated the fit.

Solid

These bibs fit great, have plenty of pockets, and they were perfectly warm with just some Nike cold gear tights.

Too Thin

I bought these as a gift for my father who enjoys the bib feature of snow pants. These were delivered in perfect timing but I open the package to realize these have no insulation. The pant is just a shell. I was not aware of the fact that it was as such when ordering. If you are looking for a shell bib these would fit the bill.

Sweet Bibs!

I gave these as a gift because everyone needs some new bibs! I was worried about them being too small from the reviews, so I sized up for him and they fit great. He is on the skinnier side, so the legs weren't too snug. The beech green color isn't tan, it is more of a dark olive color.

Snug in butt and thighs

Wanted to confirm what others below mentioned. While they fit perfectly when standing, they are super snug in rear and upper thighs. Wouldn't recommend for men with muscular legs. Would probably be perfect for those on the smaller side. One other issue: the Beech Green color is definitely more of a chocolate brown with green undertones than the tan that the photo shows.

Solid

These pants run small in the butt/thigh area. If you have bigger legs, definitely go up a size from your usual.
