Great pair of socks

My husband only wears wool socks in the winter and says they are his favorite pair.

Have had for about 3 months. Have worn several times during this hot summer and washed as per directions. There has been moderate amount of pilling from heel upwards.

I used these socks for backpacking, and was very impressed. I like my socks a bit on the thinner side typically, and was a bit worried about the cushion in these, but the strategic cushioning felt comfortable instead of bulky!

I just to want the true size. IMy shoe size is 71/2, 255mm and it is very thin. It looks like M size on the size chart, but if you read the review, I wonder if size S is the right size. Let me know please.
