First time trial of chews. The raspberry is delicious and doesn't upset the stomach when out for the day. Usually do gel shots, but the chews are less messy and can be more evenly dosed throughout a ride. I have used Scratch Lab hydration for years because it's clean and doesn't cause that distended feeling. Will try caffeinated cherry flavor next time.

These taste awesome and are easy on the stomach. However, the packaging is hard to open in a race or fast group ride. Also, if it is hot out they melt together into a ball and are hard to get out of package. Will probably save these for cooler day solo rides.

I can't use gels when I run and I've tried every kind of energy chew or "block" on the market and none compare to these. I love the Skratch Energy Chews! They are just the right size and more importantly they dissolve quickly.
