SealLine Baja Dry Bags Reviews

July 22, 2019Bomber!
Recently picked up a 30L version of this bag for 5 days in the Boundary Waters to use as the group food bag/bear bag. Not only did it handle that task flawlessly, on one of those nights we had 2 straight hours of thunderstorms with 40mph wind gusts, crashing this bag into a craggy pine. It came through flawlessly - I could probably still pass it off for new/unused.

April 29, 2019Sturdiest Dry Bag Out There
This dry bag is made with a thick rubber material instead of nylon with a water resistant coating. It works great for rougher sports like caving or canyoneering where you run a higher risk of puncturing the dry bag. I've used these dry bags for several years and they have withstood a lot of abuse.

October 8, 2018Best Dry Bag
I have not had any leaks when using this dry bag. It is extremely reliable and durable. I brought this on a hike where we had to swim up river and all of my items were kept dry!

June 15, 2018Great Seal
Left my shoes and micro traxions on a wall for two weeks in rainy weather. Shoes were still dry and micros in tact when I retrieved them. Would be nice to have a more secure way of hanging it.

October 14, 2017simple and heavy duty
If you're looking for something light and fancy then these drybags are not for you. Bomber waterproof proven design. Enough said.

June 30, 2017Great Dry Bag from SealLine
I used the 30L bag and there is a ton of room in it. It keeps everything really dry and is fairly durable as well. I would probably get a smaller size to use to for shorter trips, but for longer ones this is a pretty solid dry bag.

June 29, 2017Works well, but not for portaging
I used the 40L for a 5 days canoeing trip and nothing got wet. I paired it with a 15L drybag and all my gear fit in the two of them. If you are planning to do long portages it is not the best option because it is quite uncomfortable to carry on long distances, but for canoeing trips with none or short portages it works perfectly.

February 22, 2017Great!
This is a great dry bag! Traditional roll-top design made with strong, durable material. Keeps my stuff dry and snaps together nicely. Can't go wrong with a classic dry bag.
