These shorts are pretty breathable, and very comfortable. The liner can't be beat, but the overshort isn't my favorite. With a 5" inseam, they are shorter than i'm used to and the legs are pretty narrow so that causes them to bunch funny. The pockets are big enough for a phone, but my phone bounces quite a bit. I was initially incredibly disappoint with these after my first run. However, I realized I would just use them for trail running with a vet or belt. I was disappointed as I could run in them with my phone. The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, and the liner is unbeatable.
