Rossignol XV Sushi LG Splitboard reviews and deals for sale

For the backcountry enthusiast that likes to swallow snow by the mouthful, the Rossignol XV Sushi LG Splitboard is a Xavier De Le Rue-designed pow-slayer that pays homage to Japan's legendary powder renaissance of the 1990s. The first thing you're likely to notice about the Sushi is its pow-friendly swallowtail design that keeps your weight distributed in the rear of the board, keeping the super-fat nose floating to the surface in all but the deepest conditions.

But we all know that to get to the goods, sometimes you need to go through the bads, so the folks at Rossignol generously designed the sushi to include camber underfoot for stability, and rocker in the tip, to keep the nose on top of the deep. The lack of a pronounced tail can make stomping flat, harder landing an intimidating prospect, but if you treat the Sushi strictly as a pow stick for light, fluffy snow, you're unlikely to experience a better, more effortless ride.
