Great boots

I bought these boots along with the Redington waders - I wear a size 6.5 shoe and bought the 7 which were too small for the long socks on the waders, returned them for size 8 and they fit well with the wader socks. Although I'm a size large in waders I wish one day the people who design hunting/fishing clothing for women would realize we aren't always proportional. Larger women read more don't always wear size 11 shoes and have 4' long arms - just saying. The boots are comfortable, mostly walked in rivers with rocky bottoms, the rubber soles felt secure and they were easy to walk in on land and in the river. I love them!

Rad Boots

Got these for my GF as she picked up fly fishing this summer and needed an upgrade from her sandals. These boots fit well and look great. Grip is good on everything. She used them to hike up some small streams in the Idaho backcountry and logged several miles without any blisters or rubbing. For how light they are, they seem to be well built and durable. It's a great wading boot read more for the price and you don't look like a total nerd wearing them.

Redington Siren Boots

Bought these along with the patagonia spring river waders for my girlfriend to get into fly fishing. She loves them! They were a little hard to cinch down tight but they worked great for her. Her foot size is a 6.5 and we got the size 8 which was a little big in the toe area but perfect fit around the ankles.

wide enough for waders

Got these for Sarah as she is just getting into fishing. So far so good. Got them in a 9 and she is normally an 8.5 in street shoes. The extra room is nice to fit waders/booties inside and then helps with stability walking over slippery rocks. If between sizes, definitely size up.

Pre-sized for booties

I got these for my girlfriend. She normally wears 7 or 7.5 shoes. I wasn't sure if I should get her the 7 or go up to the 8. I ended up getting the size 7 but planned on returning them since I figured they would be too small with waders on. They fit her perfectly. Her foot fits snug in the boot but she is not uncomfortable at all. We typically hike at least a few miles at read more our local rivers to get away from the crowds and she had no problem in them even the first day out. She loves the way they look, an I love that she doesn't complain about her feet all day.

No Slipage catching fishes

Getting these boots has changed the way I think about crossing rivers. It has opened my options significantly Pros: Cute Little to no slippage crossing strong current Stays warm; I have neoprene waders which helps, however my previous wading boots use to get really cold even with the Neoprene waders. I wore these out on the Provo for 8 hours, and my feet were only a little read more chilled by the end of the day. I could have continued fishing for probably another 3 hours before it would have gotten uncomfortably cold. Easily washed off after muddied Great price for the quality Cons: They are still a little clunky walking on land (though most all wading boots are) The Neck is a little stiff and gets uncomfortable after a long day of use.
