Rab Kitbag 50-120L Duffel reviews and deals for sale
Expeditions demand a lot of gear, so loading up the Rab Kitbag Duffel Bag is as important as buying your plane ticket. Rugged 600D polyester protects everything from crampons to quickdraws, and the Kitbag's double-layer bottom prevents baggage cart blowouts and trouble at the train station. Rab made sure all the seams were triple stitched and the straps were bartacked for serious durability, and it included carrying straps on the top and ends of the bag, so you can lug the Kitbag backwards, forwards, sideways, and upside down.

December 12, 2018Nice bag.
120 can hold a lot of stuff. The material and seams are durable and the zipper looks like it will function for years. This bag will do just fine.

August 14, 2017Not excellent, but good
I use this primarily for cragging. I haven't had it long enough to take out of country, but I have abused it domestically. It's large enough for me to be able to throw in my entire rack (sport and traditional), helmet, harness, TWO ropes, etc., plus food and water. The inside pockets (one small about 8x10", one large about 13x10") are mesh and located on the inside wall of large… read more access flap visible in the product photos. I don't care for how it sits on my body when it's all loaded up and on my shoulders. It has a tendency to slouch outward in the middle of my back. I also think it would make more sense for the giant access flap to be flipped around 180 degrees so that the opening is on top near my head when the pack is on my shoulders rather than at my butt. It is extremely durable and not readily penetrated by moisture, so I think it will make a good black hole for longer trips into distant ranges... surviving the elements as well as baggage handlers.

June 26, 2016Bomber, handy, and well priced
we have 2 of the 50 and 2 of the 80 liter. Durable waterproof fabric, good carry options (shoulder straps are comfortable). we have used the 50 liter size as carry on and the 80 as checked bags. top divided zip pockets are great. when we're not flying somewhere with backpacking gear, we use them to store mountain biking stuff or camping stuff for an easy and quick trip out the… read more door. only thing i don't love about these is the shoulder straps can be a little tricky to remove on one side. (one side sort of clips in and one side is straps needing removal.) for the price and durability of these, ill put up with that. I guess I could tuck the shoulder straps into the handles for checking on a plane, but i've had bag straps cut off by airport baggage handlers in the past, so i guess i tend to be extra wary of that. These hold a really nice amount of stuff, and the price is really good for the quality compared to some other brands.

December 5, 2017Do these bags have a cross strap or just the backpack style shoulder straps?
