Great layer to wear in cool to cold weather. The shape of the hood may be a deal breaker for some. It is a funky shape that may feel too tight on your head. December 19, 2018This jacket goes on all my trips
This jacket is as advertised. It is extremely comfortable, moves well, and doesn't impede my casting ability at all. I usually can't stand using a hood but even the hood on this jacket seems to follow my head and not get in the way. It will shed light rain and splashes from angry fish but it will not keep you dry in a downpour. I purchased a large and honestly, I might prefer… read more a medium but I haven't tried on a medium. My jacket easily fits over a heavy fleece and I've even worn it comfortably over a nano puff jacket (and under a rain shell). Easily my favorite fishing jacket.
