Nitro Capital TLS Snowboard Boot - Men's reviews and deals for sale
One of snowboarding's most performance-driven boot available, with a focus on fit and unbelievable response, Nitro developed the Capital TLS Snowboard Boot with the support, power, and precision needed to pick apart big-mountain lines along with maxed-out comfort. Nitro upgraded this boot for even more adventure comfort with a Hike 'N' Ride construction and adjustable forward lean system that lets you switch from a more relaxed fit when hiking for your turns, and then back to a more locked-in fit when you're ready to drop.
Key to its comfort, the Cloud 10 liner is equipped with thermo-moldable foam to conform to your foot's shape, while a triple-density Ortholite footbed cushions over flat landings and smooths out chatter at high speeds. A TLS 5 Twin lacing system quickly tightens the upper and lower zones independently to help adapt to your type of riding for the day, while the Bail Out system lets you escape the boots at a moment's notice by just a quick yank of the tab. The Therm-IC Heating System runs on a Therm-IC powerbank (sold separately) to give you warm feet all day, while the Therminator Shield under the liner reflects body heat back to your foot for added coziness without bulk.
D30 dampening is soft under most conditions for a cushy feel, but hardens up instantly upon impact to evenly distribute force so there's no painful pressure points. Air Dampening in the heel prevents bruised heels when you overshoot a jump. Precision-molded to fit the last perfectly, Nitro's new molded toe cap provides even more toe space and protection from tight straps. The Flex Link design allows the boot to flex forward when you're tweaking grabs, without compromising lateral support. The new Vibram IceTrek outsole is powered by Vibram's Arctic Grip technology, which uses a unique polymer blend to hold steady on wet icy surfaces, and offer the most advanced cold-weather gripping system ever created by Vibram.

Nitro Capital TLS Snowboard Boot - Men's Reviews

Just got these in the mail. First impressions: These are almost hard boots. That’s not a complaint. If you are looking for a very very stiff boot these are for you. I cannot over emphasize how rigid the shell of these boots are. The toe is a completely solid hard black cap. There is almost zero flex. They are very tight and the heel hold seems very good 8/10. However,… read more I think some heel hold is due to how tight they are. I feel you should be able to get a very secure fit without the boot feeling tight. I am hoping some of the tightness and squeeze diminishes with some use. I would not describe any pain or hot spots. Just a lot of squeeze. The lacing system is pretty good. I don’t find the laces confusing at all despite what reviews on other sites might say. They also seem quite lite. I wear a 10 in Nike shoes. I wear a 10.5 in Burton Boots. I wear a 10.5 in these. I am going to keep these but I’m not 100% sure they are going to make it through the whole season. Not due to quality. They seem VERY well made. I’m just not sure about the fit and feel.
