MSR Zoic Tent: 2-Person 3-Season reviews and deals for sale

The MSR Zoic Tent: 2-Person 3-Season is ideal for staying cool and comfortable on warm nights in the backcountry. Its full micromesh canopy provides maximum breathability, moisture control, views of the night sky, and bug protection while keeping the weight of the tent lower than other leading tents with a similar design. Its two doors, built-in gear lofts, and extra volume make for a comfortable living space for you and your hiking companion. A durable rain fly with a waterproof coating can be attached to keep you dry in storms or rolled half way on clear nights so you can stay up late star gazing. The Zoic is great for trailhead camping or for remote mountain lakes and its easy-pitch design allows you to spend more time exploring instead of setting up camp.

Just What I Needed

Just got into backpacking last year. I was looking for a good weekend tent for under $300. I got to say I'm in love with my pick. Ive used it on four hikes. It's a solid tent for the price. Super easy to set up and pack up. Has lots of room for two people to sleep in. There is a lot of space under the rain cover on both sides of the tent for your gear. I haven't used it in rainy read more weather yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. The only issue I have is that its about a pound or two heavier than the other tents that are at that $400 price range. Also packed up its not very small so If you aren't strapping it to the outside of your bag I would recommend to have at least a 65L size backpack.
