Wrong item

Like the other person I ordered black and got grey. I’m sure the color grey isn’t called “void”. They send the wrong item and I have to pay to send it back. Not great.

Ordered black, received a gray coat?

I ordered the black color so it wouldn't become too obviously dirty too quickly (like my last puffy) and I got a gray jacket... It does read more the job if you're just looking for around the town, or walks in chilly weather.
