Made the Trade to Mittens

Bought these for my son as regular gloves weren't quite keeping his fingers warm. These did the trick and have held up well so far.

The best kids gloves I've used

I wish these existed when I was three and just learning to ski. The gloves are great for little hands and little people. The elastic wrist strap is great to ensure they don't lose the gloves and help them stay on better as well by pulling them back against your child's hand. Quality Very well constructed, and quality materials. Never heard my daughter get upset about her hands read more being cold either. Value A bit on the pricier side, but they are worth the extra cash. When you're trying to get you kid hooked on skiing you don't want them fighting their gear to stay warm or to stay on. Gone are the days of crying because a glove wouldn't stay on and was too hard to get back on for a 3 year old.

Great Kids Gloves

Got these for our daughter to ski in this winter, she won't take them off and wears them everyday as part of her "Big 5" for school. They are holding up well and are warm. Much better build than other gloves for kids.

Warm and waterproof

The title refers to the two most important aspects of a kids mitt, and ones that I've found sorely lacking in other pairs we've had in our family. With a 6 and 8 year-old who both love being outside in the snow, we're used to constantly swapping out gloves as they get wet and cold, but that seems to be behind us with the addition of the Hestras. With a solid month of daily use in read more single digit weather and many feet of snow and ice, we've had zero cold hand complaints, and very little time spent drying them on the radiator. The wrist leashes are a nice touch as well, and are simple enough to operated even by little fingers. The only dig I can level at them is that the gauntlets could be a bit longer in order to be more effective, but that's a minor complaint.

Too Small

We wanted to love them, but they were way too small. Even after we measured our son's hands and order a size up.
