Gloves came in 3 days and are exactly the style and type we wanted. Needed to find a good, warm size 7 youth given his skiing in lots of deep powder and off terrain. Had a glitch with ordering which likely occurred becasue we were using the smartphone to order versus computer. The initial payment card was not accepted and we had to go back and reorder. When that happened the… read more Size 7 (desired) ecame a size 3 (what we got). Frustrated but the next working day I talked to customer service and they immediately fixed the order and helped process the RMA. So a slight delay but this is why we went here --- it is not always about the product alone and solid customer service is worth it.

Perfect for your little one to enjoy hiking, skiing, or sledding with you without getting cold. My little sister likes to play the take off gloves game normally. But with these ones she actually enjoys the warmth enough to keep them on the whole trip!
