Not perfect

When you twist the nozzle to get some gel the cap unscrews from the flask. They should have made it with separate right/left hand threads to prevent this. Also when you close the nozzle a bead of gel forms on the opening. Before you can stow the flask you'll be sucking on the nozzle to prevent a sticky mess. Once you get home it's one more thing to wash and dry but I prefer this… read more to the single use packets.

Works as advertised

Does what its supposed to do. They will hold more than 5 servings if you fill them all the way up. Perfect for ultras.
