Great overall trail shoe

I was given this product from Backcounty, but this review is my personal opinion. Right off I loved the bright colors of these shoes and the draw string laces. Nothing is worse than hitting the trails and worrying about laces coming untied. These pull tight and tuck right into the top of the shoes and didn't loosen at all throughout my runs. I was a little skeptical about the… read more feel of these shoes at first, because they are very stiff. I am use to running in Hoka Speedgoats that have more cushion and movement. However, once I got into my run I found them to be really responsive and I like the stability they gave me. This was especially true on more technical, rocky parts of my runs. I really liked the stiffness and these will absolutely be my go to trail runners for anything that is not buffed out single track. They do run SMALL so I would recommend sizing up. Im normally an 8 and went with 8.5 and they fit perfect. Overall, great shoe and look forward to many more miles in them!
