Crank Brothers Mallet 3 Pedals reviews and deals for sale
Laguna Beach born Crankbrothers is a brand stoked on released mountain bike components that deliver functionality in unexpected and innovative ways. They call it distruptive design. The Crankbrothers Mallet 3 Pedals are no exception, and they offer bombproof durability and a large platform for pushing your limits on the trail. A bit larger than your average trail pedal, the Mallet 3 caters to gravity junkies, but it's also a great pedal for beginners learning to clip in and out. Its two-piece aluminum-composite platform stands up to rigorous use and abuse.
Crank Brothers' Egg Beater retention system is insanely easy to clip into, and it offers 15 to 20 degrees of adjustable release for quick clip-outs in switchbacks. The bearings, including the Igus internals and enduro cartridge external bearings, are housed in a light, durable aluminum inner body and double-sealed to make sure mud, rocks, and grit don't get in the way of the pedals' ability to spin smoothly. For added ride customization, you'll find six adjustable traction pins on each side for sure-footed confidence, especially if you unclip before a no-fall zone or an especially treacherous section of trail.

Crank Brothers Mallet 3 Pedals Reviews

August 13, 2016Because bikes don't come with pedals
I was happy with the Candys I use on my old XC bike so I bought Mallets for my trail bike so I wouldn't have to change cleats. As it turns out that was a good thing because these pedals are great! The mechanism sheds dirt and mud really well and the platform is big enough to waltz on.

May 20, 2016I will continue to buy crank brothers
I have always gotten crank brother peddles. They hold up really well and give me enough flat to push against while going down hill. Love these peddles highly recommend them.
