Great Shades, Great Service

I have owned these sunglasses for a while and after my recent customer service experience with Costa, I feel confident in the decision to spend the money for higher end sunglasses. Definitely some of the best quality lenses I've used. The glasses were great for years of all types of environments, from on the water to on the ski slopes. On a extremely cold day (about 0 degrees) read more when putting these glasses away, I managed to crack the frame between the nose bridge and the lens. Upon filing the warranty/repair claim and shipping them to Costa, they were repaired free of charge and shipped back for a small fee. Quality all around. BTW I have the "men's" version, but they are the same glasses as far as I can tell, These are a smaller fit for the face.

I have a pair of reAL tree 580 p glasses. I bought when first hit the shelves in Orlando at Quiet Flight Universal in Febuary 2014 ..........First things first! The. Bright orange emblem fell off on right side almost immediately. .... Not too easy to ignore not like its a black frame and fades. But needing them for work and not wanting to mail off I kept. I had very bead eyes. And read more light colored as well so I need protection form sun at all times. I love your line if sunglasses so much I tried like heck to find a pair at eye doctor the could make into prescription but no avail since my astigmatism is so severe. . :(. The next issue us the way in which your company at first put the Camo print in these glasses is what I got! No you and i both know that particular application failed miserably! Everyone since is definalty applied differently as so it doesn't fade in our Florida sun. I hope you have a solution for me i have three pairs. Same thing happened to my black callebito( or spelling?) 580 glass sunglasses only they are suppose to be resistant to breaking and they were simply setting on the bar when a lady next to me went to sit down and slammed her purse on top of them. Cracked the frame right at its thinnest point the top very middle of frame. I barely wore those. No noticeable scratches or anything..... Someone told me of your warranty and thought I should at least so what you could do for me if it it just saves me the entire replacement cost on the black ones. The other ones I really think is a defective design from the get go and hope you can make it right with your new technology so I am not embarrassed to wear. They look. Like a dime store 99cent pair of crappy things! My wife lives your product and even went and bought contacts so she could wear them more often. I've checked alot of polarized sunglasses even more expensive ones we off shore fish and I firmly believe your sunglasses are superior to the rest on the market. Hope we can get to a resolved matter soon summer is at our heels. Please call 772-501-2234. Or email At your earliest so I know what to do from here. I see you have location in Daytona. ...? I live in Vero Beach not far and we go there often for day trips to see the beach. If bringing them to you is a quicker way I would be happy to. Biggest problem I have don't want to be without glasses while I mail these off and wait.... Hope to here from you soon. Thanks for your time and andyour patience I know I had alot to say and tell. Maybe should have done two separate emails one for each pair of glasses.... ???? Ps If I am able to go to Daytona location please include directions/address. I will be taking I-95 from Vero Beach which is south heading north. Such exit etc.
