Butora Brava Climbing Shoe - Kids' reviews and deals for sale
Although extremely comfortable, the Butora Kids' Brava Climbing Shoe crushes climbs like the best of them, and it's suitable for your tot whether he's in an after school program or she's training to be a professional in less than a decade. This flat shoe has a subtle asymmetry for a touch of power on boulders and gym routes. EVA adds cush to the midsole so she or he can wear it for hours, and Butora's butyl F5 rubber lasts for seasons.

August 30, 2017Worse climbing shoes & customer service
My kids are on the climbing team so we have been through different brands over the years. We were at a competition and my 9 year old spotted this pair of Butora - it fitted well and the material was so soft and molding to the feet so we gave it a try. he wore it for less than 2 weeks, less than 5 times to the practice and it began to show holes in the front?!!!!! i contacted Butora… read more several times but no response. It is the first outdoor sports company we came across that does not care for its product feedback nor its customers. disappointed. Buyers beware. Check out sportiva and evolv - much better quality and CS!

March 26, 2017Too Small
These shoes are very well made and the inside of them is very soft! Perfect for kids who are sensitive to scratchy clothing. They do run small though. My child wears a size 3 in Nike running shoes. The size 5 fit him in these climbing shoes. I sent back the 3 and ordered a 5 because they are so comfortable for him.

July 8, 2016Great comfy shoes for kids
My kiddo is 9yrs old. Her last pair of climbing shoes were some Scarpa Thunder lace-ups (size 34), which she just outgrew. Things I've learned about climbing shoes for kids: make them easy to put on/take off, no laces, make them light, make them comfy. If you don't, you'll have a kid that runs around the gym bare foot. The Brava checked all the boxes. My daughter loves them.… read more They are pretty much like slippers with climbing rubber underneath. I like the extra padding on the heel to make walking around with them comfy enough. They are well built and really designed for comfort. Great for kids that are casual climbers. A couple of things to be aware of: SIZING runs WAYYYY small. Kiddo is a Kid size 2 in street shoes. She couldn't get her feet into the Butora size 3. BC helped me change it to a size 5, which is barely a bit too big. Which is okay, because you can velcro the back for a tighter fit. The microfiber upper tends to collect chalk/dust. So those shoes get dirty fast. A Deep Water Soloing trip helped clean them up, but I suppose rinsing them under water will do the same thing. Thumbs up on those Butora.

April 29, 2016Supreme softness for my little one
I have a 6 year old and she has worn a couple other kids shoes either as rentals or a pair that we bought for her. These are by far the most comfortable for her feet. The synthetic material is like a sock on her foot and she loves the low-profile and edging ability of them. As a parent, I love that I can buy them bigger and suck down the heel with the adjustable heel strap so in… read more 6 months when she outgrows them, I'm not dumping more money into her hobby. They do run a about a size small, so buy a bigger size than you'd think
