Burton Cargo Tall Pant - Men's reviews and deals for sale

That "where's the flood" joke got old when you were about twelve, but you aren't going to hear any more jokes about your short cuffs when you're wearing the Men's Burton Cargo Tall Pants. With a longer length, they're made just for you. And, they provide protection where it counts. Waterproof fabric and fully sealed seams handle nasty winter storms, but if it gets too warm, you can dump heat in a hurry by popping open the mesh-lined Test-I-Cool vents. Expandable boot gaiters slide over your boots to keep snow from finding its way in.

Did not fit

I wear a 35x35 comfortably in jeans and other pants, but these were tight around the waist and thighs but would be very uncomfortable with any insulating layers. The length was disappointing too; if it wasn't on the tag I wouldn't have known they were a tall size. They say regular fit, but in the thighs, they fit like my skinny jeans. Seem to be designed for the bar and not the read more steeps, but build quality is good and I don't see them falling apart on people.

Looks good feels good

They fit great and keep me warm in below freezing weather. The crotch zipper is huge and lots of sweet pockets.

Very decent

Fits well, soft, well insulated and water proof. The air out zipper does not completely close so a little bit of wind can get it but I'm pretty satisfied with these pants.

Close but not quite.

Yay, pants for long legs!!! These were comfortable and I loved the way they set up the venting. I like pockets. I stepped outside at 32F and most of me was warm except my knees which immediately froze along with my butt. Curious. Not a deal breaker. Maybe that's intentional. The backside also did not stay up when I bent over but I am a woman wearing men's pants and some read more just fit me oddly. Most, however, fit me well. Levi's and Carharts all stay up fine. I would need a belt just for that even though they fit quite snug. The pockets are perhaps too techy for me. There was velcro along the opening of the thigh pockets that scratched my hands terribly which was made worse by how tight the opening was. I could slide a cell phone in one and a small flat snack in the other so I should not complain. I'd still look slick instead of lumpy. I loved the flap design. I suppose if I crashed I would want things to stay in but a zipper could have done that without the pain. It really hurt my hands. The waist pockets had the zipper but I like to jam my hands in there and there was no way that was happening. Maybe tall men have dainty hands. I don't. Good for a hanky and some chapstick and anyway, who skis with their hands in their pockets. These pants are probably a 34" inseam. Too short for me with my 36" inseam. I will wait for the ultra long and big handed version.
