A nice pair of quality Trekking Poles. Easy to use and store, light-weight and comfortable, and heavy duty enough for lots of use. I bought two pair, and now a third for my father. Hello I'm a little confused on sizing, per chart it says I need a medium (40.5 chest) my exact measurement. I am 6'1 200lbs. I see other reviews of a guy 5'7" 150 who bought a medium and says fits perfectly.
