Soft and comfy

When I first got this I thought it would feel too synthetic but I was surprised how soft it was on the inside. The fabric sits well and doesn't cling so if you're self conscious about the tummy area, it won't highlight it. It can get a little toasty when you're in the heat and direct sun, but not too bad. Quick Drying Sun Shirt!

The Kadem series is made with ultralight Phasic LT fabric that provides 50 UPF sun protection, wicks, dries super quick, and sits off of your skin to keep you dry and cool on hot days. The fit is trim/flattering but doesn't stick to you and doesn't have any tight spots on me. I say it is true to size. I wear a large in most Arc'teryx tops and this one, as well. For reference, I found it to have a little more room than the similar Motus. I've used the Kadem hiking in the hot and dry Wasatch, Yosemite National Park, and hot and humid Squamish, BC and was most impressed with breathable it was, how quickly it dried and how comfortable it was both in softness and staying cool and dry in it. Humidity lifesaver!

I have worn this Kadem Long Sleeve top on every hike since I’ve had it! It is my first summer living in the Pacific Northwest and I think I forgot what humidity on the trails feels likes! This top is lightweight enough to wear even on a warm day (which helps protect from mosquitoes and ticks too!). And it seriously dries so quickly! I was so grossly sweaty on our last hike… read more that I took it off when we got to the summit, and even though it was a cloudy day the shirt was completely dry in less than 10min. I could put it right back on and wear it the rest of the hike down with out that back sweat/cold/not fun feeling! The Kadem long sleeve is super light weight and really comfortable to wear on a hike or just out on the town as well. I love the feel of the fabric. Have gotten mud, sap, dog drool, food, you name it on the product and everything has wiped off and it still looks new. Definitely a favorite product of mine!
